By accessing or using the Metal Intellect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Metal Intellect provides a gold price comparison and market intelligence platform. We aggregate pricing data from multiple dealers and present it in a unified dashboard. While we strive for accuracy, prices are provided for informational purposes and should be verified directly with dealers before making any transactions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform; share your account credentials with unauthorized users; interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality; or use automated systems to access the platform without our permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Metal Intellect platform are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the pricing data displayed. Gold prices are subject to rapid change and the data shown may not reflect the most current prices available from dealers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Metal Intellect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
